Sinquefield Lake House

This 4500 square foot lake house is constructed adjacent to an existing man made lake. This required pressure grouting of the sub-grade to help stabilize it. There are stained concrete floors throughout, bamboo wood panels, Douglas Fir heavy timber roof structure with copper roofing, suspended on a steel moment frame above perimeter glass, stone, and redwood exterior. The HVAC system is geothermal closed tube lake source.
