This is an approximate 3,000 square foot bank building.  The site was difficult to work with being an old gas station location.  The project was actually held up for 3 weeks when an old underground oil storage tank was discovered.  After remediation of the affected area, the project went very smoothly.  The owner was completely satisfied with the end result.
