This project consists of an approximate 4,200 square foot bank. The bank construction consists of mostly residential style of construction. It is wood framed with a brick veneer. This building was built on a difficult site. The elevation difference from the front of the lot to the rear of the lot was approximately thirty feet. The site had to be cut along Olive Boulevard and a double retaining wall system was built at the rear of the site to give a level building pad. This project was built as a cost plus fee with a guaranteed maximum price. R.G Ross Construction did better than the guaranteed maximum price and was able to issue a credit change order to the owner at the end of the project.
