Sullivan Street Apartments

This 10,150 square project was built as assisted living for drug abuse patients and people living with aids. Due to the nature of the program there was a grave concern presented for the need of a home environment system under tight security controls. Low maintenance and open areas were also important as were individual room temperature/ humidity controls. All of this had to be completed while keeping with the overall historic exterior look of the community. As can be seen, the front facade of brick over the wood framing does maintain the historic appearance of the building.
