This design-build project consisted of demolishing an existing fast food restaurant (and existing utilities), to construct a 4,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building. The store is used for retail and office space in the front of the build with a warehouse in the rear with 2 overhead doors to easily load and offload merchandise. New utilities were also installed along with minor site work to renovate the park lot and to increase water drainage off the property. The project was delivered on time despite finding old underground oil tanks that were not known to be present.
