This project consisted of a 6400 square foot structural block with steel joist ground up building. It was started in the bitter cold of January. With a demanding schedule, and with extensive coordination requirements for several major components of construction furnished by the owner, R.G. Ross Construction was able to complete this project ahead of schedule and turn over the facility to the owner which allowed them to utilize the facility earlier than anticipated. There were extensive utility modifications required as well, but these complex issues were able to be worked out in a timely manner as to not impede the progress of construction.
