This site project is one of the largest retail site development projects in the metro St. Louis Area. It is approximately 300 acres. The sitework package has involved 5,500,000 cubic yards of rock excavation ,30,000 lineal feet of utilitiy piping laid and approximately 300,000 square yards of asphalt paving. You can even find a waterfall at the entrance.
