This is a (40) space parking lot with; concrete curbs, curb inlets, storm retention, light poles and bases, and landscaping located in the city of O’Fallon which started construction in mid-October with a completion date of end of November.

The existing grade was raised approximately 3’ to 5’ respectfully. The biggest challenge was of course working around the weather at that time of year. We were able to install the asphalt paving week after Thanksgiving.
