R. G. Ross Construction Co., Inc. invites you to bid the proposed Addition and Renovation work at the Gotsch Intermediate School at 8348 Laclede Station Road, in Affton, MO.

The project will consist of some a new entry addition, selective demolition, concrete footings, flatwork, and concrete site work, the additional of a structural concrete second floor within the existing structural concrete gym, brick veneer, structural steel, rough and finish carpentry, new cabinets and P Lam and Simulated stone countertops, TPO roofing, sheet metal, metal composite wall panels, expansion joints, storefronts and windows, ceramic tile, flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, HM Frames and wood doors, FRP doors and aluminum frames, window film, metal studs and drywall, window treatments and, Piped HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical power, lighting, communication systems, and Fire Alarm work.

There is a very aggressive time line for the amount of work required. Overtime or second shift work will most likely be required. Look over the bod form for unit costs and alternates. Submit your schedule duration you are planning to complete your work. I hope to send out a preliminary schedule by Wednesday of next week reflecting a preliminary game plan and time windows to get the work completed.

Proposals are due to R. G. Ross on or before: Friday, December 15th, 2017 @ 10:00 am.
