Ross Construction Co., Inc. invites you to bid the Tinuum Group – Office Renovation and Expansion located at 425 South Woods Mill Road, Suite 200, Chesterfield, MO 63017.  Proposals are due to R. G. Ross Construction Co., Inc. on or before Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 9:00 am.  Bids can be faxed to 314.638.3021, emailed to johnd@rgross.com or sent via US Mail, 4079 Bayless Ave, St. Louis MO 63125.  R.G. Ross Construction Co., Inc. is not responsible for bids that are not received via these sources or received late.

The work includes but is not limited to: select demolition, custom casework and countertops, removal and reinstallation and modifications to interior glass wall and doors, new drywall and metal stud partitions and ceilings, new finishes of paint, wall tile, flooring, and acoustical ceilings, acoustical treatments, and Design Build MEP: fire protection, plumbing and electrical work.  There are two alternates listed on the cover page of the plans, door hardware change, and Lighting modification in the “Blue” ceiling.
