This project consisted of an 13,400 SF structural masonry and metal stud with brick veneer structure, with steel trusses and an EPDM roof. The building was an addition to the existing Fee Fee Baptist Church and provides an 8,500 SF multi-purpose room for competition basketball and volleyball, and for Awana activities. This area has a Taraflex sport floor. In addition to the MP room, a large indoor children’s play structure room, two shower/toilet rooms, and a large gathering space and storage area were included in this addition. The site offered some unique challenges due to drastic grade changes and the proximity of other properties.
