New Sunnymount Missionary Baptist Church

This project involved an 18,000 square foot addition of a sanctuary along with additional classrooms. This particular project had major site remediation work. The site was formerly a gas station and fuel soaked soil was found and removed. An interesting design feature for this building is that it was a pre-engineered addition building with Glue Lam beams in the sanctuary. Another design feature was the underground duct work for the HVAC. This helped to eliminate ductwork being seen in the sanctuary.
