This approximately 17,000 square foot renovation was unique in that it required converting office/warehouse space into a package assembly plant for physically challenged individuals. The renovation included the office areas, common areas, and the plant itself. To cover the curved walls with abuse-resistant board and then vinyl sheet covering in the common areas was a challenge that we gladly met and exceeded. The restrooms are all equipped with body lift equipment. Minor work was completed on the exterior to include new windows, roof, and entry. The finished product is exceptional in appearance and durability.
