This project consists of an approximate 154,000 square foot warehouse/office space. The warehouse/office space was built as a shell building at the time. It is tilt wall construction with metal bar joist and deck. It features boulder retaining walls to help bring the site up. The building was placed on a site where a shelf of bedrock was found within six inches of the finished floor and with value engineering by raising the site, we were able to save the owner considerable financial burden.
