This 130,418 square feet project consisted of the rehab of 147 1 & 2 bedroom Apartments for low income senior housing. The units were all in a single masonry and concrete building that was seven stories tall. The worked was completed on one floor at a time to keep the other floors occupied by tenants during the entire project. We were able to complete new windows, flooring, Cabinets, Appliances, Plumbing, Light fixtures as well as HVAC while the building was occupied. Scheduling was crucial on this project.
