This 75,000 square foot retail center boasts the junior anchor of Sears Hardware. Due to the fast track schedule for the Sears Hardware and the nearly 750,000 cubic yards of earth that had to be moved, R.G. Ross actually prepared the Sears building pad while still having thirty foot hills of dirt surrounding it on three sides that still needed relocation.
