This project was performed over the 2019 summer break, just over 2 months. The work consisted of gutting 3 men’s and 3 women’s toilet rooms one pair on each floor of the three story school. Removing marble toilet partitions, ceiling systems, light fixtures and associated elements leaving only the fixtures in place. The existing terrazzo flooring remained and was patched and cleaned and restored to a like new finish. Walls were painted with an epoxy finish, a new grid ceiling was installed with vinyl faced gypsum pads. New LED light fixtures were provided in a larger quantity to improve the lighting levels. The project was finished with new HDPE toilet partitions in one of the schools colors, and new toilet accessories installed.
