This project was performed over the 2018 summer break, just over 2 months. The work consisted of removing walls and doors and the ceiling in the existing entry vestibule and central stair lobby. A new secure aluminum multi door pair entry doors with electronic access controls were installed between the stair lobby and the entry vestibule. New ceiling grid, pads, and a recessed in ceiling electric heater were installed. The finish was highlighted with feature pendant lights and a new tile floor with inset logo graphics. The exterior hollow metal door pairs were also removed and new aluminum storefront entry door pairs provided with electric access and an automatic door opener for ADA compliance. Plaster repairs and modifications throughout the vestibule, stair lobby, and administration office were performed with new flooring and paint in the stair lobby and administration office to complete the new look.
