RG Ross teamed up with Majestic Construction to renovate the Park Pacific project in the summer/fall of 2011 to compliment the newly renovated Park Pacific Apartment building.  Designed by The Lawrence Group, the project included the demolition of the existing concrete walkways to be replaced with new exposed aggregate concrete with spaces for landscaping to be installed at a later date.  A new irrigation system was added to maintain the new sod and up-lighting around the trees were also added.
