This project consisted of an existing 15,000 square foot tilt up building that had brick inlays in the panels. Mostly an open floor plan with administrative offices at the front of the building.  The building is utilized for banquets and a second hand clothing store for those in need.  The most difficult part of this project was the site.  It was an old city property that had once housed several row homes that when demolished their foundations were left in place and filled.  The other major hurdle was meeting the new MSD requirements for site drainage.  A bio-retention pound had to be created along with additional green space.
