This project consists of a gut rehab of retail and apartment space in a historic building in the central west end. It includes very sophisticated video and data systems to allow both on-site and multinational play. First level includes high end wood flooring, ceramic tile, and special millwork. Second floor level made use of the existing light monitors coupled with low voltage lighting systems. Video art graces the elegant VIP conference and chess room.
