St. Alban Roe School Remodel and Addition

This project consisted of an approximate 10,320 square foot remodel along with an approximate 21,208 square foot addition of a new double gym. Due to the School’s class schedule the remodeled area could not begin until April 15th but had to be completed for classes to resume on August 15th. The work in the remodeled area consisted of taking an existing gymnasium and adding a 2nd floor of classrooms along with converting the first floor to classrooms, a cafeteria, and kitchen area. The addition is a connector link with stained concrete floor and wood paneled walls along with a two story open ceiling structure and sweeping curved soffits. The new double gym has wood look rubber flooring with painted game striping and contains a curtain that can be brought down to divide the two spaces.

""I just wanted to take the time to congratulate you, and your team, on one of the most organized and well-run projects that I have been involved in since I started in this field more than 25 years ago.....and I hope that our paths cross in the future.""
