The Haven of Grace

This 8500 square foot battered women’s shelter was a negotiated contract. Due to the cooperation between the owner’s board, the architect, and R.G. Ross construction it not only came in under budget but, with exceptional, high quality that flowed and functioned beyond the owner’s original expectations. Total site soil remediation was required to remove old buried demo debris and uncompacted soils. This particular building design helps to blend the old with the new.
