PRESIDENT
DUSTIN SCHWARTZ
Dustin joined R.G. Ross in 2014 as a field superintendent and quickly found more than just a job—he found a team that shared his values of trust, relationships, and reputation. Over the years, he took on growing leadership roles and became President in 2025. Dustin still enjoys working closely with clients and takes pride in building partnerships that last well beyond a single project.

JOHN DICKSHOT
John first joined R.G. Ross Construction in 1992 as a scheduler for a major Corps of Engineers project. After gaining valuable experience at other firms, he was glad to return in 2006 and now serves as Executive Vice President. With a diverse background in institutional, medical, senior living, and high-end residential work, he takes pride in contributing to a company known for its versatility, strong relationships, and commitment to quality.

BRIAN C. HASTINGS
Brian brings over 30 years of experience across commercial, industrial, healthcare, retail, luxury residential, and civil construction. With a background that includes executive leadership and senior roles in pre-construction and project delivery, he understands the critical balance of budget, schedule, and quality.

STEVE LAMPE
Steve’s business background gave him a strong foundation in setting expectations and delivering value. After moving into carpentry, he found a true passion for building, which led him to project management.
Having once been a client of R.G. Ross, Steve was drawn to the team's professionalism and integrity. Now as part of the team, he’s proud to carry on that reputation.

PROJECT MANAGER
MATT SCHWARTZ
Matt's passion for construction began in high school shop class and led him to study carpentry at Jefferson College. He went on to spend 16 years in the field—10 as a site superintendent—working on both residential and commercial projects.
He joined R.G. Ross in 2023 as a Superintendent and quickly moved into his current role as Project Manager and Director of Field Operations. He’s proud to be part of a team that shares his dedication to delivering high-quality work and fostering strong client relationships.
